Return Policy
Customers can request to return their merchandise within 30 days of receipt. This includes custom orders. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping fees relating to the return of said merchandise. Opulent Items will prepare the return shipment on behalf of the customer unless the customer elects their own shipping method. Also, please note that if an order is cancelled more than five days after the initial purchase the customer is responsible for a 15% cancellation fee. Orders that are cancelled within five days will not be charged the cancellation fee.
